2.    COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS

Base of FUEL + (Coal Additives)————- BLEND OF METALLURGIC POWDER with Catalyst.

Our FUEL + (Liquid Fuel and Solid Fuel) is totally Eco-friendly Product/ Safe Environmental Products. Our FUEL + (Liquid Fuel and Solid Fuel) both quality equivalent to DREW (U.S.A), UNITOR (NORWAY) Pioneer name in the field of Fuel Additives as well as Coal Additives.

The product contains special catalysed blend of organic. The ingredients are eco-friendly / environment friendly.

 

This product is non-hazardous in nature under the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard.

 

3.    HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Hazard Summary

EMERGENCY OVERVIEW: Odourless, green (sea green) powder which is, normally, non-irritant to the skin, if handled properly. May cause irritation and/or burns to the eyes. Harmful if swallowed or inhaled. May cause severe and possibly fatal allergic reactions if inhaled or swallowed by some asthmatics.

 

Symptoms that may arise if the product is mishandled are:

 

ACUTE EFFECTS :-

EYE: Dust or mist may irritate or burn eyes. Solutions will irritate or burn.

 

SKIN: Dust or mist may cause irritation from prolonged contact. Solutions may irritate.

 

INGESTION: Ingestion may irritate gastrointestinal tract. It may cause severe allergic reaction in some asthmatics individuals. Ingestion may cause violent colic and diarrhoea, circulatory disturbances, central nervous system depression, and even death.

 

INHALATION: Non-irritant normally. CHRONIC EFFECTS: None.

 

Environmental effects

On the basis of available information, this material is not expected to produce any significant adverse environmental effects when recommended use instructions are followed.

 

4.    FIRST AID MEASURES

 

General: Grossly contaminated clothing: Wash before re-use.

Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Get medical attention for any breathing difficulty.

Ingestion: Get medical advice immediately.

Skin Contact: Not expected to require first aid measures. Wash with water.

Eye Contact: Wash thoroughly with running water. Get medical advice if irritation develops.

6.    ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

Ventilate area of leak or spill. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment as specified in Section 8.

Spills: Sweep up and containerize for reclamation or disposal. Vacuuming or wet sweeping may be used to avoid dust dispersal if any. Small amounts of residue may be flushed to sewer with plenty of water.

7.    HANDLING AND STORAGE

 

Handling

Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Do not breathe dust. Do not eat or drink in the work area. Use normal personal hygiene and housekeeping. Keep away from acids and oxidizing agents

 

Storage

Store in a tightly closed container. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from incompatible substances like explosives. Containers of this material may be hazardous when empty since they retain product residues; observe all warnings and precautions listed for the product.

 

8.    EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION

Exposure limit(s)

SKIN PROTECTION: For handling dry material, wear rubber gloves and full work clothing, including long-sleeved shirt and trousers.

EYE PROTECTION: Wear chemical safety goggles.

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Where required, use a NIOSH-approved respirator for dust, mist and/or sulphur dioxide gas, as conditions indicate. Some exposures may require a NIOSH approved self-contained breathing apparatus or supplied-air respirator. Equipment selection depends on contaminant type and concentration. Select in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134 and good industrial hygiene practice.

Engineering measures: Use adequate general or local exhaust ventilation to keep airborne concentrations below the permissible exposure limits.

ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Eyewash and safety shower are recommended.
